Thread: Getting 2G Speeds on 3G recharge

I feel like i am being cheated.. I recharged the Rs 100 3G pack on a 3G Sim which gives 250MB of data on 3G speeds.. But the speed was consistently slow.. When i called the customer care they told " Sorry Sir, We cannot help you regarding this ". Moreover they haven't even tried to help me!.. Is anybody listening..Either I want my money back or I want 3G speeds

Check ur singnal strength and negotiated qos in MDMA software if uplink/downlink is 64/128 than visIt Bsnl customer care centre and fight with them but if uplink/downlink is 8120/8640 then it's your signal problem or temporary Bsnl problem
