    Default BSNL 3G acting crazy

I am using BSNL 3G with 3.2 MB/s USB modem thingie and it's acting weird.
sometimes i get 1.2 MB/s speed some times 0.40 MB/s and some times 0.12 MB/s.network range i am getting is same all the time which is almost maximum.

anyone know how to fix it?

(some1 tell me how to upload image so i can show SS of speed results )

oh and i noticed that for torrent, download speed is high, most of the times 100kB/s and more..which is more confusing.

Fluctuating speeds. . . For us in India, I think its THE factor. Expect the speeds to drop even more with the number of users increasing. . .the tower will then have to share the bandwidth among the number of users....

Just enquire if your neighbours getting that speeds.

    i will explain a little

imagine that a tower capacity is 100 users with 3.6mbps/user means total 360mbps capacity(tower) divided by 100 peoples

imagine if there are 150users online then 360mbps/150peoples = 2.4mbps/person as average.
If more users online you will get less speed.

    I think you understand it

otherwise wait for morning for more sugessions there are more professionals here who may solve ur quries soon

    thanks

Speed also depands on ur usb modem. Sometimes it gets overheated which reduces speed. If u use a higher speed modem like 7.2/21 mbps modems, u will get more speed in bsnl 3g.

well i am using 3.6 MB/s modem and getting only 10-30 Kb/s speed so it's not about modem it's about something else.So solution you are suggesting is useless.
