Thread: BSNL 3G Speed Gone In My Sim...

i was using bsnl 2g pack (rs. 270) in my 3g sim... bt from yesterday evening my speed drains to 20kbps... i tried recharge of rs 100 3g data pack but no hope.... is there any way get back 3g speed...????????? pls help me...

call bsnl custumer care, they will reactivate ur 3g speed but make sure that u use 3g plan only. 3g speed doesn't work in 2g plan unless u r very very lucky

No need to call customer care,they can do nothing & will not tell you anything

Your ur getting 2g speed because u recharged with a 2g pack.Wait until its over(1 month).then u can recharge with any 3g pack.Until then,any more recharges will be a waste of money.You will get the data but not the speed.
