Thread: Bsnl 3g speed in moradabad (upwest) with micromax mmx 352g usb modem

Guys here in moradabad near chandra nagar area signal strength is 100-110 and UTMS network is also available however i am getting very poor speed 15-50 kbps only, could you suggest reason why i am getting such a poor speed, i have raised a complaint at bsnl customer care at 18001801503 they said issue will be resolved within 48 hours from now at 07:12 PM on 21-Jan-2012, what do you have to say about this.

Do you have any other service provider for 3G? If yes, then check its service.
Compare them and choose the best.

If no, then at least I would tell you not to believe on Bsnl Customer care.

Always keep other option in your hand. If in your area only Bsnl is the option then you will have to suffer...

you are using 3G sim or 2G sim?

I am using 3g sim with (micromax mmx 352g unlocked 3g usb modem) & UTMS network is available moreover signal strength is around 100 but speed is very poor why?????
