    Unhappy no-ip DDNS not working ? Is BSNL 3G CG-NAT IP ?

Hi I've tried to connect my PC using BSNL 3G internet using no-ip DDNS but I was unable to open the router page using the Public IP ??
I'm wondering whether its because of CG-NAT for mobile carriers ? If it is, then what mobile network will work without CG-NAT ?

Under normal circumstance your router wont allow access through the public IP.

What is it that you are trying to achieve?

First off sorry for the delayed response and thanks a lot for the reply

I have a DVR which has no-ip ddns support for which I would like gain access from anywhere to view the camera., In order to do so I have a 3g USB Dongle which I will be connecting to the USB port of the DVR so that the dongle will provide internet connectivity for the dvr and I can assign ddns on the DVR, so that I can view the DVR from anywhere in the internet..

Can you check what port does your dvr use because if your 3G ISP has that port blocked that may be the reason. What company's internet connection is it? And what company is your drv? both make and model if you want me to have a look at the manual to see what may be the most likely cause.

ISP is BSNL 3G, DVR is from Hikvision 16 Channel (not sure of the model) DVR uses 8000 port number. Please give me some time I will get the model of the DVR.

And this is the Public IP shows up in ipchicken.com

    117.249.223.0

And this is my LAN IP
