Hi this is not correct and possible case may be there is an issue with modem right now like its frozen or under any interface.
try to reboot your modem and i am sure you are not getting that much speed, are you

this link speed means the line sync rate between your modem and exchange

I am getting speed upto 2mbps only . I have reset the modem many times but the case is the same. If i connect the splitter after passing the main phone lines through junction box, then i get ADSL Downstream Link Speed around 6500 kbps. What is the deal? Thanx for ur concern.

Check speed at speedtest.net say Brisbane server in both conditions.
Phone/s normally connected AFTER the ADSL splitter.
The line speed also depends on the Mod selected. adsl2, ADSl2+ GDMT, T413 etc.

I am not sure how you are getting the speed. You can conduct the speed test to check the speed.Technically this is not possible.

snr should be atleast 10.. or 12.. your SNR is just on the border line.. ensure that all telephones are connected after splitter.. you could infact connect the modem to the splitter correctly and then disconnect all telephones temporarily and then check SNR, if it improves then you have to get your telephones connections correctly..
