i forgot my bbservice.bsnl.in portal ID
can i get it online??/

No. Send email to CC. or contact the exchange.

Go to the nearest exchange and get it from there or call complaint service (in my case 12678) and ask them to give Portal ID. Then, BSNL people will call you after some hours and will give you ID.

call 1957 and tell your phone number they will give it..

Please get in touch with the your telephone exchange. They will give u the portal id. Alternatively u can contact the nearest internet exchange (NIB) too.

call this toll free num : 18004241600 and ask for portal id and password. they will give it. worked for me. process takes about 20 min.

Please check with customer care and ask them to reset your ID and password. You can also try talking to the Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE).

Please do not post such personal details here. Somebody may make wrong use of it.

To get your portal ID, please make a call to local exchange. They keep it in their records. Only BSNL can give you your portal ID.
