    Default I am in Big problem

    Please help me last month i applied for dataone 750UL connection i got my connection on18 sep i was happy with my connection i have downloaded 7GB approx in 12 days now i got my portal ID and checked account its ok in THE DATA i downloaded data is perfect but in order tab i founD that i am in Startup 250,This is where i shocked ,if i am in 250PLAN i will get a bill of Rs 6000 and above ,i went to my local exchange everybody there knows me,so i asked for my online resgistration details and THEY showed me that i paid extra 200 rupees out of 750UL that means i paid for 900UL plan they told me u will be automatically converted to UL 750 as UL900 is no more.i asked them about the portal status the told its nothing to worry i have my application xerox where UL 900 is ticked as it was a old form .please help me what should i do,Do i have to pay the bill of STARTUP PLAN 250?.

    no!!, wait or get the bill corrected, mostly they do this automatically on 30 th

    I think u dont need 2 worry..Just keep the receipt safely with you.If there is any error on the side of bsnl then also they will take care of it.The receipt is the proof which u have..so dont worry ..

    The recipt u mean the " recipt of money i paid to BSNl" yes i have it i paid Rs2100 Rs 1200 for modem and RS 900 for security.

    the receipt on which there is a tick mark for 900 plan...u applied for that plan so if that plan was not available at that time then bsnl should inform else they have to correct the bill..so dont worry..

    thanx brother for the info ,but now in portal usage record I AM GETTING "BILLED AMOUNT FOR SEP 2008"-----NO RECORDS FOUND.
