Thread: can i connect 2 connection at a time with bsnl broadband

means by using 2 modem in 2 computers with same username & password?
but by diffrent phone numbers
both number have broadband connection.

somebody reply plz

as the same account cannot be used simultaneously..

why do u want this , when you hav bb on both lines??

same account can not connect from 2 locations or from 2 modems at a same time, if you will try to do this then your second modem will not get authentication from server and infact your line also can not support 2 modems at same time, there is something known as REN (ringer equvilent number) value, which will not support 2 modems and a phone on same line as the max limit on home lines is 5ren and one single modem takes about 2-2.6ren

for what purpose you want to use 2 modems :sad:
if you want to use 2 or more computers then better idea is to use a router

bcoz i have limited connection. one in home & other in my shop.
my shop's connection usage is v little.
so i want to use that connection in home also.

i think you can do it..
connect comp 1 with modem 1 via usb and modem 2 via lan.
connect comp 2 with modem 1 via lan and modem 2 via usb.

now bridge both connections from network and sharing center in both pc.
