Rep Power: 12 | Do you need WIFI ? are you using a laptop ? If not disturb settings in modem/router for wireless. If still want to usw WIfi see previous post. you have to use security codes. In Network/Wireless Network/properties You will see this network is "secured" "need security code to access "" connect " etc wordings from memory! Para two: Please post screen shot of the page where you could see his computer name and mac address ? will help so many others to check and take precaution. Update:0900 AM Quote:

Rep Power: 12 | You should still post Ipconfig/all. For wireless settings 192.168.1.1/main.html The Modem page you have posted Wireless settings menu do not appear. Confirm modem/router is WA3001G4. See http://www.chennai.bsnl.co.in/BBS/WA...eless_security http://www.indiabroadband.net/broadband-how/ Also REMEMBER the key! write it down or send as email to yourself! |
