    Default HELP-Is It True?Wrong Billing for UL750 in first month?

    Hello. I upgraded my plan from HOME250 to UL750 from 1st october. Now in portal I am able to view my service name as UL750. But some one told me that BSNL charges in first month of upgradation as per old plan.Is it true ? Please help. Also UL750 is really unlimited or not ? Is there any limit for download / upload for Ul750?

    ul is unlimited

    u can check wether the service is changed or not in the bsnl portal

    u can cut paste these in your browser 10.240.89.199 and see the service record

    unlimited means its a unlimited usage ,so upload download how much u desired

    I changed from Home 500 to UL750 for the month of july. My plan changed to UL750 on 7th july on bsnl portal and i was billed as per UL750.

    I used .7 GB in 7 days. I could hav taken advantage.

    I CHANGED MY PLAN FROM 500C TO UL 750,I APPLIED IT ON 11SEPT 2008 AND MY OUTGOING WAS BARRED ON 23 SEPT,WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THAT THEY TOLD ME BCOZ OF UR UL750 PLAN...IT MEANS FROM 1stOCT I AM USING UL750.....MY STATUS WAS OPEN ON 1st OCT BUT TODAY IT IS FUTURE DATED.....I CAN SEE MY LAST MONTHS BILL ALSO BUT NOT OCT BILL,,,MAY BE BCOZ ITS UNLIMITED SO WHY TO KEEP RECORD.....ANYWAY I DOWNLOADED 14GB TILL TODAY BUT NO DATA USAGE RECORD....BCOZZ OF MY OUTGOING WAS BARRED I WILL NOT PAY MORE THAN 750RS/MONTH IF THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA AS U WROTE IT IN FORUM....ITS BETTER TO CUT LINE THAN TO PAY FOR 100GB BILL.......

    All of you have taken the right step of switching to unlimited connestions Please make sure by calling customer care or even better e-mail customer care and ask them what plan are you on and would you be charged accordingly this month or when ever is it starting from.

    where should we contact in case we r not sure of our data usage or wrong bill...i tried to contact them by mail but i cant log in...????...is there any site or particular complaint e-mail id?????

    The best thing in my opinion would be going to your local bsnl office. I do not have a bsnl connection so I guess some other members would be able to give you a better option.

    i today contact them and they tell me that when u change your plan , then u will be charged acording to ur new plan not old.
    i was using 250 (startup plan) now i change my plan from 2 october and today i call them for confermation, and then tell that ur plan has been changed and u will be charged acording to ur new plan from 1 october.
