Do one thing... go to speedtest.net and do a speed test and post your result here or a screen shot of your result.

The speed of the 750 ul plan is 256 kilo bits(kb). And 256 kilo bits is equal to 32.KB(kilobytes).

A bit is the smallest piece of data (a 1 or a 0) that a computer recognizes. A byte is series of 8 bits.

    1024 bytes = 1 Kilo bytes
    1024 Kilo bytes = 1 Mega bytes
    1024 Mega bytes = 1 Giga bytes

Internet Service Providers mention speed in kilo bits to trick people. Download/Upload speed is really measured in Kilo bytes.

Kb/kb is kilobits (k and b or just b in small letter)

KB is Kilo bytes (K and B in capital letters)

If you are getting 30 KB(kilobytes) its a good speed

    Hope this helps!

If you are getting 30 KBPS (kilo bytes per second) speed then your connection is fine. Go to www.speedtest.net and do a speed check. If the results show your download speed is anything near 256 kbps (kilo bits per second) then your connection is fine.

It would be nice of you to post here what the issue was... so if someone in future comes with the same query will get to read how you solved this issue... if it ever existed.
