    Updated with sp2 or sp3.

    Problem may be with the OS, as all tweaks,
    attempted in modem/router.

    hi,

    i want to say, i am facing similar problem mention in the URL.
    i downloaded superantispyware & scan my machine, then also same issue i am facing. I am having XP professional with sp2. i have installed utility s/w to clear unwanted registry entry,bugs etc.Please help me.

    You have not replied about OS XP CD availability.

    15. Start RUN type sfc /scannow ( Note space after sfc )

    Update/ (your) present position.
