Default Need help. Two BSNL connections. Only one working at a time.

I have two BSNL broadband connections, Home 250 and UL750, on two different phone lines, being used on two different computers. The problem is whenever the UL750 connection is connected and i start the Home 250 connection the UL750 connection gets disconnected. The internet wont work again until i disconnect the Home 250 connection and switch off its modem. If both the connections some how get connected at the same time I won't get more than 50 kbps on the UL750 connection.
I am using PPPoe protocol for UL750 and bridging for Home 250
Can some1 help me with this and can I get the UL750 connection to work properly.
I contacted BSNL people and they couldn't do nething about it.

    2 phone lines
    2 modems
    2 splitters
    2 pc's

    Is that right?

    Replied elsewhere .
1.mention modem model/s you use. confirm set up.
    Line 1 ==adsl splitter1==>. modem1===> computer 1 Dialer Home 250 Id abcd PW xxxx
    Line 2 ==adsl splitter2===>modem2==> computer 2 UL750 "AlwaysOn"Id pqrs PW yyyy
2.Since the ISP is same change Modem Default Gateway to 192.168.1.10 for Line 2.
3.You cannot combine both connections to get increased/ combined speed.
    4. Post Ipconfig/all for both computers.
Para two : If two different ISP's were used, ONE modem could be set up for both computers. VPI/VCI different. But only one ISP ( connection) can be used by changing Rj11 from telephone line (My present set up for Airtel and Dataone )
    2. A dual (dlink.com/products/?sec=0&pid=452)wan router like DI LB604 load balancing router can connect but only one connection will work at a time.

    Para three :
If both the connections some how get connected at the same time
very fuzzy. How long ? Both computers surfing the same web site ?? How do you judge the speed ?
Change Home 250 to always on , and give feedback.

#This set up is correct. None of the connections is always on.

    #Modems:
UL750 - ZTE Corporation ZXDSL531B(Black one). Running on WIFI(Problem exists even on using cable). PPPoe protocol.

Home 250 - ZTE Corporation ZXDSLB31(Black one). Without WIFI. Bridging protocol.

    #
    UL750
    IP Address 192.168.1.4
    Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway 192.168.1.1

    Preferred DNS Server 218.248.240.79
    Secondary DNS Server 218.248.240.135

    Home 250
    IP Address 192.168.1.8
    Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway 192.168.1.1

    Preferred DNS Server 218.248.240.79
    Secondary DNS Server 218.248.240.135

#Both the lines(different phone numbers) are connected to different modems which are connected to different systems. Systems not connected to each other through LAN or nething else.

#Problem still remains even if TCP/IP properties are set to automatically detect settings.

#One intereting thing I confirmed today:
UL750 is on and working.>Home250's modem is switched on.> DSL link gets disconnected on UL750.> DSL link wont get connected again on UL750.(Internet won't work on UL750)

Home250 is on and working.>UL750's modem is switched on.> DSL link gets disconnected on Home250.> But link gets connected again on Home250.(Intenet will start working again on Home250)

If both modems are switched on at the same time and you reset or shutdown one of the modems.Link gets disconnected on the other.

    1.Try this Change:
DNS to 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222 in
one modem and TCP/IP properties page.
    OR
2.enter only ONE BSNL DNS for each computer.
    Or
    3. reverse the order.

    Para two :
Check the Dynamic IP, when both work at least for sometime
    palserv.com/ipdisp.html

    @sb21pro
so you are saying that your pcs are not connected to each other
Next what is your comment on his problem ?
Do you really read other posts in the thread, or simply dash a comment to upgrade to "Brass"?

    hey what do guys mean???

    i never did that !!!

any way my posts are short , because i only say the important thing , so i dont provide extra info without knowing the exact current condition.

and as far as the pre post is concerned , i don't under stand if the the pcs are connected , because i didn't read it any where in his post. but correct me if i m wrong

    and the comment!!

two bb active connections will never work on 2 connected pc(lan)
because u r using the same gateway in both connection in both the cases
so there is a clash between the ips

#This set up is correct. None of the connections is always on.
Well you could try making both always on and then try.But still i mean , it really is weird.Since you are in bridged mode, what is the error you get, when you try to connect again?
Also ensure again , that these are two seperate lines, cause you know, if your telephones are not port binded, then there is a chance of one working at a time and the other not...Although i dont understand how this works
Home250 is on and working.>UL750's modem is switched on.> DSL link gets disconnected on Home250.> But link gets connected again on Home250.(Intenet will start working again on Home250)
So whenever you switch on home250 and then 750 , everything is fine??man, you've got some situation here!!
