i want to take the BSNL UL 750 PLUS that is provide unlimited downloading?

If you have BSNL landline,then you fill in the Broadband form & submit to your nearest exchage...

If you dont have BSNL landline, the first you need to apply for the landline.
Once you get the landline,then apply for the broadband...

Duh! UL stands for unlimited. I'm posting this right now using the same connection you're referring to and I have no limits.
