Please help me

i am giving a request to exchange to change my plan 500 to 750ul.
but there are no confirm which plan i am use.
please tell me how cheak my order status in bsnl portal.
i am use approx 650 mb in 4 days of oct. month.
please tell me how cheak my plan and order status and 650 mb is chargeble or count in unlimited.

Why you are repeating the same question ?
Check in "MY Orders". The change of Plan should be "provisioned"
See the summary on top Chargeable units ( excluding NU)
If the speed is as for 500C your plan is not changed.
Avoid heavy downloads during day time.
When the speed/download is reduced to say 10 KB/sec 25KB/sec your plan is changed to UL750!
sometimes if you are lucky, the higherspeed can also remain same for some days.
Check speed at speedtest.net say Mumbai server.
