When you open a website the page that is displayed is also data and will count towards your usage.
Each and every image you view or youtube videos... they are all counted.
Your operating system updates, antivirus updates or any other updates also count towards usage.
In my opinion unlimited broadband plans are the way to go.
To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 100 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
Check at Bsnl site the tariff plan details. For 500C Your limit is 1.5 GB or 1546MB full month day usage.

Download large files during free usage time 0200AM to 0800AM ( safe side 0210 to 0750)
Get 14digit portal ID and password from exchange and check your usage at BSNL portal regularly.

Due to Ignorance of the details, you download heavily,
will regret when you get a HUGE bill amount next month.
yes it is chargeable , but after you cross 1.5 gb free limit.
i have applied for 500c in privious month . how can i identify that i m in 500c plan in the portal site.
