Exclamation help dataone plan does not changed

i was applying for a changed of plan from 500 to 1350 UL in 28 September when i called the customer care on 1st of october, he told me that the plan has been changed. Assuming the plan has been changed, i dowload files continously when i check my usage it show that i download almost 20gb. Help!! Is there anyone else face disastrous thing like this.

    @tluanga81.
Assuming the plan has been changed
You could have checked 'MY Orders" before starting to downloading heavily .
And when the download speed for 500 plan is about 200KB/sec
and for Home 1350 about 32KB/sec. you could have noticed the difference.
    5 GB per day average.
If you had done it during 0200-0800 as usual there is some hope !!
The usage columns will show 0 amount
See the summary on the top. Chargeable units( excluding NUetc)
By the way what is the provisioned tariff plan now ?

Even if you changed to Unlimited plan BSNL will still keep/show log of your downloads. Don't worry. If the customer care said the plan is changed then its Okay.

I've never heard that bsnl changes a plan in 3 days. But check your portal and see whats your current plan and if status of UL1350 is active or pending or not listed at all. If your plan has been changed you'll know.

    Godspeed.

Talking Plan change is effective from 1st only

BSNL GUYS DNT KNOW ANYTHING.....THEY JUST PASS IT OUT TO OTHERS.......JUST SEE WHAT IS UR ORDER STATUS..IT SHOULD BE PROVISIONED .......ANOTHER THING IS THAT BSNL CHANGES PLAN FROM IST OF MONTH ONLY.......SOME SAY BSNL CANT CHANGE UR PLAN IN 3 DAYS....THATS NOT TRUE IF U HAVE APPLIED BEFORE 1ST THAN THEY WILL CHANGE IT BUT IF U APPLIED AFTER 1st than u will have to wait for one month........if ur plan is ul1350 than u will get speed of 64kB..i downloaded 20 gb like you but dnt care about bill as they told me that change is effective from 1st itself........now my order status is provisioned........n my speed is 32kB(256kbps)....thats solid proof that ur plan is changed.............for 1 or 2 days you will get speed of ur last plan(when order status is open or future date) but after that it will be 64kB(512kbps) in ue plan .......so dnt worry dude .......

You cannot change your 14digit portal ID. or USER ID. If you changed the passwordtry default password again.
If not working ask/request exchange to reset password.
    TRY DQUF from http://sunish.net/dataone.beta
Select auto and then enter what is your present plan.
If you applied last month (Sept), usually plan is changed on following month (Oct)1st.
Speed: check at speedtest.net say mumbai server. as given above.
