Red face What does it mean by open and future dated status???

MY problem is that my status on 1st oct was open than future dated on 3rd oct but i downloaded 20gb in 3 days n after 4th oct my status was provisioned (but no record of my data usage)...is there any record for ul750......last month my plan was h500c and till today my portal show me my last months data usage but no record of my current month.....i think there is no need of any data details as it is unlimited but some say that they see their details!!!! also my outgoing was barred on 23 sept ,when i asked bsnl, they told me bcoz of ur plan change(bcoz i told them that i only want to use net, bcoz they were going to add 180rs more if i want to make call) so i opted for 750rs only.........what do you say friends?? it means my plan was changed on 1st or on 4th???? why they barred my outgoing 8days before plan date..i applied for plan change on 11 sept itself and they told me ur plan will be changed from 1st oct.......well thats bsnl anyway.........

Your Plan will be active when you see that your plan change is provisioned. Open means your request is send to the server and plan change work is going on. Future dated means due to some technical reason your plan change is shifted to a future date. and reagarding your barred problem, I can not say anything, because, I have changed my plan but there was no barring in my call.

I was in UL750 Plan and at that time (2 - 3 months Earlier) I got all the details of my usage record. Now I am in 1350 UL and I am still getting the usage record details.

Default Urgent info about "future dater" order status please!

I'm facing the same problem. Did they bill you per MB for those 20GB downloads?

I applied for upgrade from Startup home basic 250 plan to 750UL. The status on March was still 250 and when I called up they said it is done from 27th Feb and I can download above 1GB. I waited a day and called local exchange, who said the same thing. When I asked why it doesn't show in my order status online, he yelled "not everything is done at once... from 27th feb its changed to 750. Do whatever you want." (sab kuch ek saath nahi hota, 27th feb se 750 ho gaya hai bas... jo chahe karo). I began downloads.

Tonight, the order status is changed to "future dated". I've downloaded nearly 20GB and so. I called BSNL just now on 1500 and the support chap said that "future dated" means billing this month, thats all and I can use it.

Search led me to this thread and now I'm worried. Will BSNL bill me per MB over 1GB??? Can they do that (legally)?
