Thread: How to check usage!!

hi folks,
i got internet connection (dataone) around the month of dec-07, till now i m not able to check the usage or able to open the portal for account settings,
currently i use program shaplusbandwidthmetre for checking usage.
When i typein the userid and password at dataone.in under check usage gives a message that "The user is invalid"!! how to check usage at datone.in help me!!

In case you dont have have your portal Id,call to the customre care or go to your nearest exchange & get the portal id.

is the portal id different from id that i type in for establishing connection.

Portal Id & password is the same as Router(Modem) Username & password by default.

r u sure, in case of mine (UT300R2U) i use the default userid and password to get access to router settings, i was talking about the User id & password that the BSNL guys gave u to set the connection.

I apologize for the confusion. But I was talking about the modem username & password( the one you need to connect to internet). Not the usename & password you need to get in to the router settings page(admin).

Assuming your IP is 117.xx.xx.xx the portals given in this thread can be accessed
only with 14digit portal ID ( for example bin12345122007 ) with password as password.
Please approach your Exchange and get it. This is also required to change your USER ID password, Check your Tariff plan, details of bill usage for last six months, unbilled usage this month.
2. You can also check with dataone quick usage finder (DQUF) from sunish.net/dataonebeta .It extracts information from BSNL portal only.
