Thread: How To Know Usage??

Hi Friends,
I want to know my usage till the current date of this month, so tat i can use my BB within the limit, bcause I have Home250 plan, I am unable to view my usage till current date, the BSNL shows "No Record's Found". Can anybody help

On bbservice.bsnl.in/wps/portal i am unable to view... it tells to select the date. So i selected date from 1 oct to current date.. Then it is saying "No Records Found"

You must select the following:

Broadband Account: <<from drop down>>
Type: <<billed or unbilled - for current month select unbilled>>
Dates: <<as you have done already>>

I just did a check here and everything is working: BSNL Portal!!
