Hmm seems like they are making things difficult by the day for end users. I had registered an account in the portal mentioned last month and had used consumer number as the PIN number. The same was reported by the CC too (1500). I would suggest that u contact the CC and clarify the matter with them. Sorry for the misinformation![]()
ur unquie i.d is some alphanumeric which contain ur district name year of installation only two things that i understand from my bill . Bill no. is current month billing cycle date
my unique i.d. is 16 alpahnumeric in length
may be ur consumer i.d. is ur unique i.d i am not having consumer i.d. in my bill only unique id, bill no,telephone no. only this

just mail them taht u forget ur user name and password and i think they ask some p.i. from u so just reply.

I am not able to http://portal.bsnl.in/bsnlcca/login.aspx activate my Phone account on the portal, but i got a message
" You have successfully added your phone account, but you have not activated on the Web portal, please call customer care to activate "
Call to CC Ernakulam they told this facility is not available, this site is maintain by Hyderabad,
Call to CC trivandrum { to ADD TVM number } they told there is no such service,
( then after explaining about 25 min ) " this is the first time CC person is hearing" , and thy registered a complain about it!
Call to CC Ernakulam for Landline fault booking, thy told to call 198, but told then i calling from TVM, they cannot do anything!
All this is to complain my Ernakulam number, since i am now in Trivandrum!
Is there is any other number for Landline fault booking hince 198 (Cochin ) is not access able from TVM

Dear Sir
I have requested for a BSNL Broadband connection through UDAAN scheme
on 28th October 2009. I have still not obtained modem/internet
connection. I have received only new BSNL land line connection.
Requests to your call center and also to your telephone exchange was
not fruitful.
When I called up the Periyar Nagar telephone exchange I was informed
of non availability of Modem at their end. Why BSNL is promoting UDAAN
service without modem.
No one is taking responsibility when modem will be provided. They too
are helpless without modem!
When contacted the concerned Telephone exchange or the person who
installed the telephone or the sales person who sold the Broadband
connection, I was informed to complain it via email or in writing.
Even though modem is not provided, I will be promptly provided this
month bill for broad band services under combo-plan599 ! My billing
for this month will be for the broadband plan and not for the normal
land line plan.
During installation I was informed that modem will be received by two days.
At least the connection should have started only when modem is installed.
I do not want to pay for service (only land line) which I do not require.
I hereby kindly request you to disconnect the land line connection
without Broadband you have provided or please provide Broadband
service immediately.
I hereby inform you that I will not pay for land line without Broadband.
Trust the same service would not have happened to any customer with
any other private players.
My precious and peace of time in chasing our BSNL Govt. employees for
Broadband internet service is not fruitful through UDAAN service.
Request you to kindly acknowledge the receipt of this mail.
