    Smile BSNL online complaint booking facility (All India)

    Hi All,
    Just want to let you all know that BSNL Faridabad (Harayana) division works very fast if you lodge complaint online. I was facing frequent disconnection in my BB ADSL line, I wrote an online complaint and within no time it got fixed, also I received 3-4 calls from there call center following up the complaint redressal progress. Till date I used online complaint service 3 times and got satisfactory response.
    I think online complaints are tracked and monitored by some central team, thats why they respond so fast. You can also track your compaint status online.

    Its ust waste of time.. It doesnt allow you to book complaints.

    I didn't have any problem during registering....What kind of issue are facing while registering..

    It says my UNIQUE ID is not valid, whereas i am 100% sure it valid. i have checked it from bill.

    One more reason, i called this site a failed venture is becuase there is no support available. i don't know whom to contact incase of problem with this site. the customer support ID given does not respond

    I registered long back may be 6~ 8 months back...But I didn't use it much...as most of my problems got solved through IBB...

    Well, i was exicted about this site,initattly as it allowed us to request for plan change online and many other things. where as whenever i wanted to change my plan, i had to take a half-day and head to bsnl office, its timming are till 2PM only.

    it says "INVALID UNIQUE ID".

    just enter ur unique i.d. it is like this XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX in our circle it is 16 digit i dont know in ur area unique is just to the telephone no.

    I had registered in this site a long time back, initially it was introduced in Kerala and Rajasthan Circle simultaneously. Just logged into the portal now out of curiosity and guess what? Three complaints/changes which i had applied back in 21 jul 2007, 10 dec 2007 and 26 feb 2008 are still being listed as pending.

    you can easily register with this portal, register by enetering all details of your number after registration you have to call to BSNL CUSTOMER CARE and by giving them your number and user name they will generate a 4-Digit pin and after that you will sucessfully registered for the services.

    But I never received the "confirmation mail"

    I can mean request for chaging plans and all stuff.

    The procedure posted by simsandy43 is unheard of. Because the portal does not ask for 4 digit pin numbers anywhere, while applying for changes in the services.

    @Simsandy43, whats the use of this four digit pin number of the CC portal mentioned.

    ^^ Welcome mate. This is actually one of the best portals for kerala subscribers. Complaints registered in there are really taken into consideration by BSNL Kerala and resolved swiftly. BTW the PIN number is the consumer number itself. So i just saved u the trouble of contacting the CC now

    In the case of Index no emails containing username/password will be send out. After registration, the person will be said to contact CC for PIN. But the PIN no is the consumer number itself. Later after logging into the portal the PIN can be changed.

    I guess you are confusing this portal with BSNL Customer Care
    I registered just now and used the Costumer No as PIN. But, I'm getting "Wrong Password or User ID".

    Hmm seems like they are making things difficult by the day for end users. I had registered an account in the portal mentioned last month and had used consumer number as the PIN number. The same was reported by the CC too (1500). I would suggest that u contact the CC and clarify the matter with them. Sorry for the misinformation

    The Unique ID will be emailed to u shortly. Keep a check on spam folders, as i found the unique id email in junk folder.

    ur unquie i.d is some alphanumeric which contain ur district name year of installation only two things that i understand from my bill . Bill no. is current month billing cycle date

    my unique i.d. is 16 alpahnumeric in length

    may be ur consumer i.d. is ur unique i.d i am not having consumer i.d. in my bill only unique id, bill no,telephone no. only this

    Hi

    I am not able to http://portal.bsnl.in/bsnlcca/login.aspx activate my Phone account on the portal, but i got a message
    " You have successfully added your phone account, but you have not activated on the Web portal, please call customer care to activate "

    Call to CC Ernakulam they told this facility is not available, this site is maintain by Hyderabad,

    Call to CC trivandrum { to ADD TVM number } they told there is no such service,
    ( then after explaining about 25 min ) " this is the first time CC person is hearing" , and thy registered a complain about it!

    Call to CC Ernakulam for Landline fault booking, thy told to call 198, but told then i calling from TVM, they cannot do anything!

    All this is to complain my Ernakulam number, since i am now in Trivandrum!
    Is there is any other number for Landline fault booking hince 198 (Cochin ) is not access able from TVM

    Dear Sir

    I have requested for a BSNL Broadband connection through UDAAN scheme
    on 28th October 2009. I have still not obtained modem/internet
    connection. I have received only new BSNL land line connection.
    Requests to your call center and also to your telephone exchange was
    not fruitful.
    When I called up the Periyar Nagar telephone exchange I was informed
    of non availability of Modem at their end. Why BSNL is promoting UDAAN
    service without modem.

    No one is taking responsibility when modem will be provided. They too
    are helpless without modem!

    When contacted the concerned Telephone exchange or the person who
    installed the telephone or the sales person who sold the Broadband
    connection, I was informed to complain it via email or in writing.

    Even though modem is not provided, I will be promptly provided this
    month bill for broad band services under combo-plan599 ! My billing
    for this month will be for the broadband plan and not for the normal
    land line plan.

    During installation I was informed that modem will be received by two days.

    At least the connection should have started only when modem is installed.

    I do not want to pay for service (only land line) which I do not require.

    I hereby kindly request you to disconnect the land line connection
    without Broadband you have provided or please provide Broadband
    service immediately.

    I hereby inform you that I will not pay for land line without Broadband.

    Trust the same service would not have happened to any customer with
    any other private players.

    My precious and peace of time in chasing our BSNL Govt. employees for
    Broadband internet service is not fruitful through UDAAN service.

    Request you to kindly acknowledge the receipt of this mail.

    i am using broad band connection more than 2 years...still from my exchange i am the only customer got line from post with line.....no underground cable use only for me...so too slow my connection and lot of time i compliment t my je to phone ,written and face to face..no re action from officers....

    Did you register for Self care? ( Hyderabad BB users have to register to check their Broadband usage )
    there could be a menu item for complaints.

    I tried it today, it doesn't allow you to register your phone.But you can book complaints under general complaints. I tried to book complaints some time ago, it works and response is almost immediate.
    I also hate Que in bsnl cc call centre to connect to a executive.Bsnl should consider to open accepting online requests

    Home Of Chennai Telephones- "The Online Bill Presentation and Payment Site" works perfectly.



    To which website you were redirected ? For Hyderabad selfcare page.
    For other location in Andhra Pradesh
    check again.

    Default My complaint

    I am from Bangalore and I had complained that my telephone and broadband is not working.Its 3 days now and I had even compalined online. Can the BSNL managers take this up soon? Its really unfortunate that we have to wait for more than 72hrs to get a phone working. My complaint number is KRK/CO/2010/2916 on the online complaint
