Thread: Please Suggest Wireless Router

hi i have a bsnl Broadband and have UT300R2u . I am Paying Rs 60 rent to BSNL. I have a WIFI Enabled Phone and currently planning to buy a laptop. Please Suggest me a new Setup. Does BSNL provide a Wireless modem with Mutli eternet Ports. Or should i go for A wireless router.

Please suggest me a good Wireless Router ( cheap ) which is easy to configure with the UT300R2U .

I would suggest stop paying rent to bsnl and get a modem with inbuilt wireless router from the market.

I am not sure which one to suggest ... We have a lot of Bsnl broadband users here and I am sure you will get a lot of suggestions. But in my opinion paying Rs60 a month is a waste of money as you would get a modem router from the market pretty cheap and that comes with a warranty so you would recover your money very soon that way.

You can opt to BSNL's Type IV modem that has 4-port ethernet hub and wi-fi capability. The cost is Rs. 1800/-.
