im getting error while signing in with bsn.in mail id and password provided by bsnl along with broadband

bsnl.in mail uses your broadband user id and default password. do not use the portal id in bsnl.in mail. I think this will serve your purpose

Use your email client such as Outlook Express/Outlook etc.
Pop3 smma nmma wmma all to be tried.
4.a) Connect to Internet : UserId and password. ( you use in Dialer or stored in the modem/router)
b)email ID your USER ID password given for this.
c)Usage portal 14digitPortal Id password usually password.

5. Advantage of using mail client.
You can draft replies OFF line and edit later before sending it..
Even Gmail can be used.
6. You can "dump" anybody's advice here.!! ( including mine !)
