Login with your portal ID and its password. You can look into the details of broadband usage there. Both previous billed ammounts and current unbilled amounts.

I try to login through My user Id and Password but did't get succeded,message user id or password incorrect occur

You have to get a 14 digit portal ID from your exchange.
Password will be password.
Meantime, use tautology Bandwidth meter.
