    Default pc downloading something automatically

for the last 2 days my pc is downloading something automitically. i used DU meter to check my downloading/uploading usage. i just connect to internet and do nothing like surfing, antivirus/windows update, but DU meter shows that my pc downloading is too many MB. it shows that pc is downloading something automtically when the pc is idle. when i m writing this thread DU meter shows that pc has downloaded abouted 8 MB.

download wireshark and see exactly where files are being downloaded from, this could be a virus or a spyware.. update your antivirus and antispyware and do a scan..

Sometimes Windows automatic updates starts to download huge amounts of data especialy when your connection is kept idle for some time. You can turn it off and install updates manualy
