Connect Internet through AirTel Mobile Office

see above link ( with screenshots ), and check whether you need anything else !

The speed you want may not be possible specially for Torrents.

BSNL provides home plans (night unlimited ~ 2am to 8am free) on its 2 Mbps
U'll easily get speeds around 190Kbps plus with torrents...
But its limited in day time...
Take a look on it & other plans offered by BSNL

For the budget you mentioned, the best plan for you is BSNL's Home 500 C+.

    1. Use this plan during the day for surfing and emails only.
    2. Do torrent downloads during 2 AM to 8 AM.
    3. Router must be restarted/rebooted at 2 AM and once again at 8 AM for point 2. Check this post: Automatic rebooting of router at 2 AM and 8 AM
    4. Another way of automated router reboot is a software tool here: Ultimate Night Usage Manager.

A “Festival Offer” promotional scheme of Broadband has been introduced to all new customers
with 20% discount on rent for a period of six months from the date of activation. The
Festival Offer is valid from 01-10-2008 to 31-10-2008 across BSNL network.

Max. upload speed that I get in 500 C+ plan is 50 KBps for torrents...

For night download speeds....It depends... on area to area... cuz a single BSNL line is shared by 50 users... Normally, people do get good speed during night d/l too... I've only seen couple of complaints so far in this forum regarding low download speeds at night cuz of other users download... so don't be too much concerned about it....

Maximum speed u can get in 500 c+ plan is around 256KBps... but normally it will be around 200 KBps... its always better to start 4-5 downloads simultaneously to maximise bandwidth usage... A healthy torrent with good no. of seeders is a big factor...

P.S.- U need a BSNL landline connection to apply for broadband services...
