Exclamation Plan changed to ul750 but 3days data usage is 19gb!!!

I CHANGED TO UL 750 BUT ON 6TH OCT I SAW MY DATA USAGE OF 3DAYS WAS COUNTED IN CHARGEABLE UNITS..AFTER 4OCT IT SHOWS ZERO....WHAT TO DO??? WHERE SHOULD I COMPLAINT??? ANY MAIL ID BCOZZ LOCAL EXCHANGE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT NET....

See in "MY Orders" provisioned date if any.
Presume your previous plan was Home 500 with NU free.
Do you suspect that you did not download 21GB,
because ,"I changed to UL750" and the speed
would have reduced drastically. Actually you should say
"I applied for plan change".
Usually plaN MiGRATION is effected on 1st of
the month, and this D/L may not show up in Summary at top.
Check again now.

ACTUALLY MY PLAN CHANGED ON 4OCT SO THEY CHARGED ME OF 3 DAYS...BUT ITS NOT MY FAULT,I DID AS THEY TOLD ME.I HAVE WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO MY ZONE OFFICER ( RESPECTED SIR
I AM USING BROADBAND UL750PLAN.LAST MONTH MY PLAN WAS HOME500C.I HAVE GIVEN MY PLAN CHANGE REQUEST ON 11 SEPT 2008.I FILLED THE FORM AS THEY TOLD ME TO DO AND SAID PLAN WILL CHANGE ON 1ST OCTOBER.IT WAS FINE.ON 23 OCT MY OUTGOING CALLS WERE BARRED SO I WENT TO BSNL OFFICE TO KNOW THE REASON .THEY TOLD ME BECAUSE OF MY PLAN CHANGE REQUEST ,YOUR OUTGOING CALLS ARE BARRED.I SAID THAT ITS 23 SEPTEMBER AND MY PLAN CHANGE DATE IS 1st OCT.THEY SAID YOUR PLAN WILL CHANGE ON 1st OCT.I DIDN'T SAID ANYTHING BECAUSE I THOUGHT MAY BE ITS PROCEDURE IS THAT.ON 1ST OCT I STARTED TO USING MY NET AS UNLIMITED PAN ,I CHECKED MY DATA USAGE BUT IT WAS ZERO.SO I CHECKED MY LAST MONTHS BILL AND IT WAS SHOWING ME MY CORRECT USAGE.UPTO 5TH OCT I DAILY CHECKED MY DATA USAGE SO THAT I SHOULD KNOW MY DATA(I MEAN TO SAY IF I WAS CHARGED,I COULD STOP MY BROWSING)BUT MY USAGE WAS NIL OF OCT.BUT ON 6TH OCT I WAS SURPRIZED N CONFUSED WHEN MY DATA USAGE WAS SHOWN(NEAR ABOUT 18GB) UPTO 3RD OCT AND AFTER 4TH OCT IT WAS ZERO.SIR I DID AS I WAS TOLD TO DO.BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN? PLAN CHANGE WAS FROM 4 OCT NOT 1ST OCT !!! WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THIS IN EXCHANGE ,I WAS TOLD THAT MAY BE ITS BECAUSE YOUR E-MAIL FOR PLAN CHANGE TO BANGLORE WAS SENT LATE BY MISTAKE .I SAID THAT I HAVE GIVEN MY REQUEST ON 11 SEPT,THAN HE SAID ITS FINE ITS NOT YOUR FAULT.IT MEANS SOMEONE IN BSNL DONE THIS MISTAKE AND I AM GOING TO SUFFER ITS RESULT... PLEASE SIR DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AS ITS NOT MY FAULT.MY PHONE NUMBER IS 01637-XXXXXX(MALOUT) )

It all depends on the uncles and aunties in BSNL.!!!

256Kbps 32 KB/sec say 2MB/MIN SAY 100 MB per hour. FULL H24 SAY 2GB approx
in three days sitting day and night H24 you can download Max 6 GB !
But you have downloaded 21 GB knowing that this not possible .
Even on first day of the month , you should have noticed that the speed has not changed.
Because some take advantage , like this , during tariff plan change BSNL may or may not agree for waiver.
Worst case 1. you can l be asked to pay for 15 GB usage !
2. If downloaded during NU all waived.
3. 2560/30 x 3 say about 250 MB day usage allowed.
under Home 500. Balance to be charged.
4.Probably the full usage may be waived.
5.You have to wait for the bill.
6. Check usage portal after two or three days for any change.

well i will not pay if they are gonna charge me for that......why should i pay when fault is on other side.....what if they didnt change plan for 15 days than what about my usage (100-130gb=1lakh rs plus)....who will pay that much ...i went to bsnl office and told them to check my account ,i told them to tell me whats my fault???its thier will to change or not to change plan(why they take money in advance???)...they were confused and the one who barred my outgoing 7 days before plan change was left with no answer..its not allowed to stop my outgoing before 1st...i told them to solve my problem before my bill is generated....they said ok...rest depend on others......

Yes you should not pay if they charge you with an unbeliveable amount of bill . If they do not do something about it then just surrender your phone and say you dont need it anymore.

TODAY I GOT CALL FROM BSNL...AS I HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT AS YOU TOLD ME..THEY SAID IT WILL BE FINE ..THEY SAID UR BILL WILL BE 750 ONLY....ITS BY MISTAKE...........ALSO I HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT ABOUT MY 2ND TELEPHONE promotional scheme(For a period of 90 days w.e.f 2-08-2008. The second telephone will be given(RUPEE 1) against working telephone in the name of same party and same address at a call charges per MCU Rs1.20 and pulse rate as general plan1 scheme on 1st number)..today they came and alloted me new phone line...i think complaint on internet is taken very seriously ....as i got good result ....my complaint status show that complaint is forwarded to your main bsnl branch for further action....so my local exchange have to answer that.....ANYWAYS ITS GOOD TO SEE BSNL IN ACTION....THANXX DEAR

Talking finally i am out of confusion

today i got my bill n i was happy to see that it was as per my plan change[ul 750] but u will be confused n surprised to know my last months details....click the link below to see my details n let me know what is it????





request to others---who also have same problem like mine,i will say that dn't depend on my details as it could be mistake....these r latest[12 nov] details of my last months bill....make sure that ur plan is changed[see my final status in picture] bcozz u may or may not be lucky like me..
