Thumbs down Serve you 64 kbps we pay for 256 kbps BSNL is a cheater

I have BSNL BB unlimited plan for 256 kbps Rs. 750 pm plan but I found that my BB speed was slower then other counterparts or equal to dial-up connection. I complaints to this to CC # 1500 at Bhopal many times but CC people don't have any answer to this. I inquired from the other TTAs I surprisingly came to know that my BB connection are shared with other connection (with data card installed in the exchange, which must be meant for a single connection) in the same locality. BSNL is fooling and cheating customers in the name of dedicated Broadband.

BSNL shame on you.

Such a big company can't give dedicated connection to its customer.

I think, First you check your bandwidth as essbebe said and post it here. If it is found that you are getting slow speed than you are promissed then make a complain to BSNL.
