Thread: Home 1000 plan help needed urgently........

i'm using home 1000 plan it means 384kbps-2mbps and night 02-08 unlimited........

but the problem is that it was showing i hav downloaded total volume 7.41 GB

but it is not possible........

i only downloaded maximum 300-350 mb in day time........what do i do.....

here is my Ul/Dl details.....

how they calculate the downloaded data......by the bsnl connection status or by our real downloading status

plz help needed urgently.........

Sum Traffic(GB) Excluding Night Unlimited is the amount you should look at.only if this amount exceeds your monthly usage limit then only you will have to pay extra.as you can see this usage of yours is 0.765GB or 783MB which is well below your day time/billable usage limit.

IT IS OK see the decimal point .765 GB = approx 783MB
If any NU is included due to overlap time say 0155-0225
see the usage log.

from where i can see the usage log.......

and what is NU if it is night unlimited than it wont be possible....coz i disconnect my modem wire at 2:10 than than connect to net and in the morning i disconnect it at 7:58
....

i need more info....

from the same usage portal ! If you got the summary usage also should be available. presume your IP is 117.xx.xx.xx
I think you have to use a page with calender to enter dates FROM AND TO
Select unbilled usage October 2008.

total volume=day time usage(or billable usage)+night free usage.bill will be made only on basis of Sum Traffic(GB) Excluding Night Unlimited.for checking usage use bsnlportal(BSNL Portal)& use 14 characters portal ID to login(provided to you by BSNL usually local exchange & something like ami12345678901).

are you sure that bill was based on Sum Traffic(GB) Excluding Night Unlimited....coz i'm very confused about this bsnl service.......
