Check settings. ( If unable to access modem settings
If confident , Reset to factory defaults. .
Check if reset button or recess is not available in the back of modem
Access can be in the bottom : a roundhole.
Use a used ball point pen refill. with power on 20 or 30 seconds)
    REF : chennai.bsnl.co.in/BBS/WA3002G4.htm#Wireless
    OR
    Para two :
    In TCP/IP type 192.168.1.10
    subnet 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway 192.168.1.1
    Save.
    Now try modem access.

    @jkeerthan
    Unable to make out : dls light"on". I don't have this modem/router..
Check the SNR/ATTN data in the router.
Frequent disconnections. Please see the "sticky" thread No 1.
See the Chennai website link and select GDMT in MOD page.

ensure that all your telephones are connected after the splitter.. that could mostly be the problem..

    Presume line conditions are ok.
Mention old modem make. working fine.
Compare SNR/ATTN and mod selected in old modem with new modem WA3002-G4
IN new modem try to set mod mode as GDMT with Bitswap enabled.
