Hi All.

I am a BSNL broadband user. I have a night unlimited plan.

I want to know whether it is possible to buy a wireless modem from outside and configure it without the help of the BSNL ppl.

I am asking u this cos if I go through BSNL, it will take lot of time.

Thanks

yes this is possible and you can buy any good modem router from outside and the only thing you need from BSNL is your username and password thats it, but it is adviced to take CPE from ISP only coz if any problem happens then they will not offer you any support on that, otherwise there is no other problem and you can connect any other modem router on BSNL

i think the linksys wrt54g is not an ADSL wifi router, so it cannot be used directly..
