Thread: how can i view plan in portal?

Hi,
After continuous call for bsnl finally i got my portal id after two week.
i logged in but there is no option to view my plan.
is there any other way to view my plan?
i have applied for 750UL.
but i'm getting 60kbps of download speed. so i doubt it whether i got correct plan or not.
i tried to call bsnl people no one is giving correct answer

▪ You will find your current Plan under 'My Orders' Tab

my order i'm getting only new connection order for phone line but not the broadband connection plans..
