    Smile Bsnl broadband ut300r2u modem

Hai! I use ut300r2u modem. It has one usb and one ethernet port. Untill now I was using USB port for my desktop system with XP sp2 and the Ethernet for my Laptop. Now I have upgraded my desktop to vista which does not support the USB cable driver even though I tried installing after changing the compatibility to first XP and then Win ME. My Laptop is bundled with Vista. Can any one please kindly help me install the USB cable driver in to Vista and the location to download such driver.

if you still have problems, it would be easier to get a hub for like 400rs and then you could connect both pcs via LAN

    3.
ANY phone line extension at 150 feet approx available for the same BSNL telephone connection.?
    4.
or you can use rj11 ( telephone wire ) to make an extension..
    5.

    1.
Sorry. You have not mentioned details of Network with switch.
    2.
If you use computer A or Computer B to connect to a LAN/VPN
    give details.
    3.
Even wifi router/s the range of 150 feet is quite high
( obstructions height of locations etc makes a dfference )
    4.
Rj11 for 150 feet length ( additional adsl splitter adsl modem needed )
or Rj45 ( max 100 meters allowed) if taken to Location B
from ADSL ut300r2U Lan port , you can work each system separately.
Or from a HUB see post 3 )
    5.
Avail additional BB connection with Installation charges free ( till Nov 15th)
and select tariff plan according to your needs. ( avoiding telephone rentals)
    6.
If Govt employee /retd etc 20% discount available.
