    My advice..... Dont disable ADSL, ADSL+ modes in the modem...... It will only reduce the bandwidth.........

    1.
    Give the details of the modem/router you use
    2.
    Post the screen shot of the adsl page as a jpg picture
    as Annexure, or upload at tinypic.com
    and give the link as hxxp://......................jpg ( don't use space)'
    or
    give the following info.
    Mod mode selected.
    D/l and U/lL
    SNR
    Attn
    Line speed / data rate
    Rated speed./attainable speed
    What ever speed is shown, in practice
    it cannot exceed the speed provided by your ISP>
    Presume your tariff plan speed is upto 2 Mbps

    Downstream Upstream
    SNR Margin : 40.4 11.2 db
    Line Attenuation : 11.0 8.3 db
    Data Rate : 2560 1021 kbps (* max possible 256Kbps for my plan )
    Attainable Rate : 26928 1277 kbps (*max possible 256 Kbps for my plan)
    Out Power : 16.3 9.3 dbm

    Uncheck ADSL2+
    Try again.
    If no improvement restore.
    UNcheck in mangement any client_tr069 menu option
    Try TCP/IP optimizer from speedguide.net.

    NO speedtest.net is reliable one & dataone is bullshit shows different values everytime.........

    Satisfactory Data. In a long thread,
    you should summarise your problem/steps taken/
    progress if any.
    If speed problem try
    tcp/ip optimizer fro speedguide.net.
    The D/L speed is never constant.
    varies from website to web site.
    Download a file/security patch from
    Microsoft.( not from Automatic updates )
    The speed shown ( without
    use of Download Manager) can be
    taken as reliable.
