    Exclamation Bsnl type II modem

    Hello friends i am using bsnl type II modem and also i have an n95 handset.
    iwant to connect my phone to net through wifi. previously it was possible and once i entered the modem settings early by 192.168.1.1 and turned off my wifi. and after some days i turned it on now when i try to connect my phone it shows some gate way error please any one help me to solve this problem..

    also now when i try to enter my modem settings by "192.168.1.1" its asking for username and password i had entered username as "admin" and password as "admin" but it still asks for username and password for a couple more times and shows error please help me

    Start/RUN type cmd type ipconfig/all
    The default gateway is your modem access IP.
    ( if different to 192.168.1.1 try it )
    See this link for all settings. Ensure DHCP is enabled.

    You have to reset the unit to factory defults and redo all settings.

    You have to reset the unit to factory defaults and redo all settings.

    See whether there is a reset access at the bottom ( round hole ) or at the rear. With power on press lightly the switch inside for about 2 to 3 seconds.
    All will be reset to factory settings.
    Now open 192.168.1.1 and redo the settings. for a LAN/Ethernet port connection
