    especially this phrase...

    Sensex is the bitch which just cant get enough... its still screwing after so much bang bang on dalal street
    If people try to interpret or break it in innocent english words... They will only take out the humor from conversation...

    Use of slangs are ok till they are not personal attacks... In Admin's case he was talking about Sensex... In my case I was talking about BSNL...

    ah guess im a few hours late. mixed the action.
    and coming back to the topic, i was charged for the 2am-8am free net one month. i went and spoke to the bsnl office sweetly, they told me to pay for the time being and then they would deduct the fake amount from my next bill after conformation.

    Then i spoke without the sweetness and they instantly checked and told me it was some communication prob with the head office and them, and sent me the correct bill in some days.

    Well in India they still respect women... I love this country... But BSNL has left this guy prasoonps with no option except getting justice from court...

    lol... then I give credit to ur communication skills only... cuz I've seen women officers in govt. organizations are normally biased against people from their own clan!

    I have found that BSNL people are sometimes quite reasonable. You need to push your case and not get belligerent or angry. And if you can really prove your past history they will listen to you and give you a fair deal.

    One can always go to consumer court when there is no option but why use these threats right in beginning?

    Bsnl people doesnt manage things properly, somtimes ur happy timings start anwhere between 2 and 2.30(as i checked in my usage account,bt i read in some other post, that total data downloaded is averaged over the amout of time u have surfed, i dont what policies these people use.), the management skills of bsnl are not up to the mark to suit the standard they have in the telecom buisness.. i think they need to be more transparent and efficient and customer friendly.. softwares they use are also not very efficient.. once i got a bill double the amout i suppose to get, later i found out after going to their office, that previous amount has been mistakenly added to the present one..
    sometimes the add monthly rental into ur bill(even if it is not applicable in ur PLAN) and sometimes they add ur usage charges of previous months in to ur current month bill( and that is because, sometimes there system updates the data transferred during end dates of the month late.. because all of these things happening, i have lost trust in there services n i check my usage every month..

    hii guys..am back here ..i got my october bill today..and bsnl didnt include the additional amount in this bill. so i think they are not goin to charge me for the error frm their side. so if they charge u guys for free hours just dont pay the bill n tell them tht u r not goin to pay the bill with out deduction and never talk to them sweetly.thts wht i learned frm this..this bsnl guy who called me told tht he goin to charge for the usage.but he didnt charge till nw..anywy me so happy nw tht my words to him worked..hope this is a valuable outcome for all who suffer from bsnl guys..be rude to them always..then only they will listen u...anywy thanks for all the support here guys...

    Hey I too a victim of the bsnl frauds, i usually go for sleep around 11.45pm,
    I have a software named lan controlite it will disable and enable the lan connection automatically the thing we should do is just set the time.
    i usually disable the lan connnection manually and set the time to 2.20 to enable the lan using the software then 7.50 as disable time b4 i go to bed. more than one month there is no problem in data usage but on 16-10-09 they charged me for night free usage the usage even i did the regular process which i mentioned above. in that time the data usage comes under chargable unit is above 2.8GB, my monthly free limit is 2.5GB only. This problem occured 100% due to the careless of the bsnl. mistake is on the bsnl side, i assure that i scheduled carefully. Please help me
    if they didn't compromise means what should i do..
    Please help me friends.

    After you got the bill, talk with the accounts officer. If possible, please post the screen shot of your usage details. Do the start time and end time fall between 2.00 am and 8.00 am.
