Thread: prob in broadband link

hello,
i m a new friend in this forum and very impressed.:16:
i have the plan 500c
but i have a prob.....
the internet disconnects automatically for few seconds(or mins) when i surf.
it not a prob for torrents.
but when i download using rapidshare it is very disgusting as the downloading
file corrupts when the line disconnected.
i have to download it from beginning which is time consuming for big files.
please give a solution...

Use Download Manager/s like Stardownloader or Free download Manager or DAP 81.

does all of them have resume capability??

There seems to be some problem with your telephone line. First thing, get it checked by the line man for any noise, disturbace, earthing prob. Also make a complaint on Helpdesk!!! BELIEVE me it works...

Secondly, regarding using Download Managers, none of the suggested by essbebe will work with RS... Use Flashget, which is very simple and Free

does a simple complain will work in this case??

Wrong statement.
Did you try them ?
I am using Stardownloader/FDM/ for so many months for RS downloads . Both are free applications. Also DAP81 free version.
Also website Filehippo.com lists more than 10 free download programs, including Flashget.

sorry may be my mistake...but DAP i had an impression that it doesnot work for RS as their site lists DL managers that work for RS.

i personally liked getright the most, gr8 downloader. Too bad its not free.
