How to config IP Filter in Huawei MT841. I need to limit the users on my computer network according to time .

Thanks Essbebe for the hint. The Ez Internet Timer is the best one to control my kids Internet time on my Vista 64. And it's user user friendly I can easily add/remove time on any particular day with just a couple clicks. I give my kids a total time limit (daily duration) and let the kids have the freedom to choose when to surf the Internet. I was looking trought many parental controls, but only this tool has the ability to set browsing and messaging timers separately from emails.

Also, kids these days know how to format and reinstall a OS:P

One query, doesn't Vista have inbuilt parental control? I thought they had.
