hey guys please help…. well earlier i ws usin home 250 plan.. a mnth ago i chngd it to home 500c… i askd da exchange n in my bill lso it ws shown tht my plan hs chngd… but whnever i log on to dataone.in to chck my usage it shows tht i m using da old plan only.. ie home 250…
wht shud i do…. i m scared of dwnloading nethng….
plzzz help….

Tell those Uncles and Aunties to update the same in your portal.

If you have not done so , you are careful to avoid huge bill.

Many Users think they can change the plan.
YOU APPLY for a change, and WAIT for
plan change to be EFFECTED by BSNL.
Giving an application to BSNL, does not
immediately change the tariff plan
Check at Portal Usage site "MY Orders" to show provisioned.
Usually done From the first of the following month.

Welcome to Bangalore Telecom District website
Give your STD code. Date appln given userId/PW etc.
Hope they will forward your complaint to NIB section,
at same Bangaluru.

if your bill shows the change then what the hell are u worried about ,
go rock onn and enjoy the NU

but if u are too scared then , go to ur local nib node and ask them to confirm the change, thats all

Just down load a small file/surf between 0700 and 0745 AM or between 0205AM to 0230AM
Check how the usage is shown tomorrow. Confirm Chargeable units column shows 0 units.

By the way how many FREE telephone calls have been given in the Bill ?
Home 500C gives you 175 free calls. ( units)
