Thread: BSNL connection gets disconnected whenever I try to download

I have office plan of 1200. It gets disconnected as I try to download some file. I don't think I have a problem with my computer as I have 750 Unlimited plan at home and it doesn't get disconnected.

What Should I do?

I have done the broadband on wifi

Are you the "Admin" in your office ?
Are you surfing in your office in WIFI mode ?
You are using a laptop computer ?
Which is the modem/wifrouter used in your Home and Office ?

I'm admin in my office and surfing the internet on laptop by using wifi.

Both at home and office I use compex ADSL router.
