Thread: Bad time with BSNL BB Connection

Hello,

I'm writing it here to find if some one from BSNL or any user from the Forum can help me restore my connection BSNL BB 500 Plan

It was almost 15 - 20 days my BB connection not working, repeated complaints to BSNL BB customer care has not brought any result. I really feel annoyed when they say we will come and restore the working but no result.

I stay in Mathikere, Muthyal Nagar, Bangalore.

My complaint numbers are 1008 / 891 ; 1008 / 1160 ; 1008/2008 from toll free numbers 18004241600. No reply.

I don't see any person coming to my home to even check the problem,

If this happens I feel I need to go to consumer court. " Sorry but totally annoyed"

BSNL Guys are you seeing this, then try to rectify the problem?

1. Try online complaint be brief.

2. Mention your modem model.
Since you are accessing Internet from elsewhere , select your modem/router from here.
BSNL BROADBAND MAIN MENU
3. Any time the internet connection worked ?
Presume your telephone is working fine.
4. In computer Start/RUN/type/ cmd
type ipconfig/all give the info here.
