On 24th of October, a day ago i logged on at night at about 2:00am. It took a long time to get connected with messages "Dialing Broadband" for 5seconds then "Verifying Username and Password" then "Connected". Logging on through a PPPoE connection do not usually take such a long time in my computer. Then I was surprised by the low download speed at about 10kbps.
The situation is same still now 25th Oct, 1:30am with no improvement in download speed throughout the day. Can't understand, is it any technical difficulty of BSNL or problem with my Modem or Computer.
I am using HOME 500 Plan for last 8 months. Modem is HUAWEI SmartAX MT882
Any help please ???????????
