what are the documents need to be submitted..when we apply for broadband plan change...is only a written appliction enough..
please specify detaily....

1) Written application
2) Photo ID
3) Address proof
4) Registration charges

A driving license xerox copy + electricity bill xerox copy will be enough.

there is a special form for plan change , fill it up and submit
and also attach a the last paid bill of ur LL

Sorry, I was in a hurry when I read your question.

What you need to submit is just a application mentioning the name of the new plan. You don't need any other stuff.

Visit nearest CSC.

they(bsnl guys) recommend it , at least at my place
