Avail Double Usage of free download for all BSNL Broadband plans in the month of November 2008.
In the month of November, the subscriber shall be permitted to avail double usage of free download i.e. twice of what is available in the plan normally. The scheme shall be applied for all Broadband Plans.

Scheme benefits shall be available only for customers who remain active throughout the November 2008.

All Plan change request received in the month of November shall be made effective from 1st of December.

I amazed since BSNL is a central unit, the plans/offers should be applicable to all state units.

Yes, I agree with this and I hope it gets applied to all states within India.

Yes the offer should be for all the states. As all subscriber of BSNL are Indian (I Think) thus all should get the same benefit

Even though its not posted on site, I have seen this offer is available to Bangaloreans also, as per advertisement printed on front page of 'Deccan Herald' dated 30th of Oct, as mark of 'Kannda Rajyotsav'. :thumbup:

BSNL comes up with special offers for festive season
BSNL Bangalore Telecom District on Monday announced special offers in view of Deepavalai and Rajyotsava Festival,including doubling of broadband limit free of charge for existing customers for the month of November.

Customers who have minimum of six months subcription as on November 1 2008 would be offered double usage of free download that is twice what is normally available in the plan. The scheme would be applicable for all broadband plans andis valid for November, Shubhendu Ghosh, Principal General Manager told media.

But I couldn't find any such new in BSNL Bangalore website.

I think this offer is applicable throughout India.

I would request all BSNL Broadband users (except UL users) to contact their nearest telephone exchage or the BSNL customer care (1600-424-1600) to find out whether this offer is applicable to them.

then wat abt broadband plan change??
i have applied on 23rd of october. will the plan change in november or december??

Guys, there are fine words with the offer. Its applicable to only those connections which are 06 months old.
