Thread: error 720

how can i rectify this error...Error 720: A connection to the remote computer could not be established.
i am on pppoe mode.
rest is ok......all lights of modem glowing as normal..

Try resetting the modem..Did u try calling the customer care..

Most probably it's a DSLAM problem. Contact your telephone exchange.
