You can use up 2.5GB in one day itself with current 2 mbps speed.

i know u can use even 10GB in 1 day for current 2mbps.

anyway this free broadband has to come someday. i was surprised to know that it would come so early as next year.
but i think they will only provide home 250 plan as free (extra charges for overuse). then they will increase the bandwidth and download limit every 6 months. same as they did for netone (first not free. then free but download costs and now its totally free) .

Although 500 plan is good but it has destroyed my health.:36::hammer:

I pledged i will never take night unlimited plan.

Why? Haven't you read enough articles on automated scheduling/rebooting on this forum?

I've heard of automated but BSNL is damn clever who sometimed disconnect in the middle of unlimited and it stops continue download process. feel like to shoot :2guns:

i am also on night ul and most of time i manually connect

It is really true. Thats why i disconnected 500 c+ plan dataone Broadband since december and i am waiting for 1 mbps UL @ rs <=1500 in april 2009 so that i can surf and download whatever i want without tension and can sleep sound. I am going to connect again after final exams in april-may. :scooter:

i agree with scorpio... even i m irritated with it.. initiall it was ok as it was new.. so getting free downloads.. it was ok but then like now its everyday getting up in between deep sleep n turning on.. if not turning on atleast re booting it.. i feel so damm sick of it....


kixxi i have read each n every article n even tried almost all of them... but the thing is... all things mostly works on bridge mode n non wifi connection.. mine is wifi on poppe mode.. either i should convert my connection to bridge mode ( which i am ready to convert but i dint found out the method of converting from poppe to bridge) n use cable instead of wifi....


if kixxi u can tell me the way still.. i will be happy.. thanks uncle...:gunsmilie:

In PPPoE mode, you can use the script that I wrote in my guide. In case of bridge mode the command is 'rasdial'. Whitestar_999 has written some method. Try it out. Do a forum search on post - keyword = rasidial, author - whitestar_999

r u talking abt your this post in this u gave me the script.. which was not working.. than later on.. we edited.. n all... but still was very messy... hope u remember.. if in poppe mode any perfect script is there than let me know.. n in bridge mode 1st i need to think of converting from poppe to bridge mode.. than i can think of automation.. tell me how to convert from poppe to bridge.. if its fine for u..

yes.. i agree with u completely .. for me same.. my patient has to be present.. just the lab reports doesnt diagnose the disease.. :lol:

i think the 2 mbps plan is for free this year may be unlimeted.... if this happen then all isp(bsnl,airtel,ets) have to forcely increase there speed there wise so this will hapen in near future.

* insted of 256 ul it will be 8 mbps ul.
* 384 ul will now be arround 11 mb ul.
* 512 will be 16 mb ul .
* 1 mb ul will be around 32 mb ul.

The current infrastructure of BSNL allows just 24 mbps downstream !!

i am on a basic home 250 plan fora year and so and hardly did i ever realize that the bandwidth exceeds 2 mbps and it reaches upto 8mbps .believe it
