Default I pressed the stop current service feature on dataone site.

    Hi,

    I need your advice,

I opened dataone site and was intent on accessing my service records. I did not look properly and hit the stop current service accidentally. I eneded getting a pop-up stating "Your current service is Plan- HOME UL 750.It is a default service, and it cannot be stopped." . I called the customer care and they were mot sure. My intention was to see my account.

I called up local cust care and they said it was meant for official purpose.

I dunno if they are sure.

Do you think i can lose broadband usage?

    Please help.

    dude,

    Thanks for replying.
Are you sure nothing will happen. Please let me know what purpose does that button serve.

I guess change in plan and terminations are to be done in writting only at the nearest exchange right?

So what basis does that function have in the portal? i meant the stop current service?
