Smile Non-functioning of usage detail portal

Usage detail portal is not working since 4/5 days as a result I am not in a position to check my broad band usage details. data.bsnl.in is opened but clicking the 'usage detail portal' to go to my service page, it is not opened at all. I am a bsnl broad band user in West Bengal telecom circle. Is it the problem of WB Telecom circle or a problem of data.bsnl.in website as a whole ? May we not expect an un-inturrupted functioning of this important link of bsnl broad band service ? Immediate rectification measure is requested.

Most of the time the websites are under maintenance.

Since your IP is 117.xxx.xxx.xxx, you should check usage here: BSNL - Broadband Account Management.

I checked yesterday night and it was working fine.

    DUF (Dataone Usage Finder)

You must have the username & password to login in to the DUF...
I dont think BSNL provide with the username & password now. They are providing the portal id & password now.My IP address start with 59.XXXXX

@Archer, your IP is 117.xxx.xxx.xxx. The above DUF utility works for old addresses only, i.e., 59.xxx.xxx.xxx.

    I cannot use DUF.
Is there any other utilities available that can give me accurate reading of file transfer even if the BSNL server is under maintenance.

Is it safe to use. I mean it's not open source right ?

BTW. They have a link to IBB in the site.

I can access it now. But sometimes it says under maintenance or redirects to some other page. I was thinking a trusty software(like task manager) would be nice.

The portal requires the 14 char portal-id and password. If you have been given the portal-id then use this site, else use the old one (BSNL main page).
